Elizabeth L. Fletcher J.D.
Elizabeth L. Fletcher holds a J.D. from Albany Law School (Albany, NY) and a B.S. in Accounting from Marist College (Poughkeepsie, NY). Fletcher was named the 2004 winner of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association Justin Mahoney Memorial Prize, the recipient of the 2003 Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute, and was a finalist for the Department of Justice, Attorney General’s Honors Program (U.S. Trustee’s Offices, Washington, DC). In 1993, she co-founded Rhythm and News Magazine (http://www.rhythmandnews.com). In addition, Fletcher worked as an editor for Gannett newspapers, as a representative for Steinberger Sound, and a keyboard clinician for Peavey Electronics. In 2001, she penned the feature "MNCs Seeking US Market Representation Encouraged to Abandon International Accounting Standards for U.S. GAAP" for The Accounting World magazine.
